Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

- The main product and all accessories must be unused, undamaged, and in good condition.
- All original components must be included.
Returns that show signs of damage, misuse, missing parts, or abnormal wear may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Quality Related Returns
If the return is not due to product quality issues:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The customer must arrange return shipment to our designated warehouse.
- A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
The processing fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs.
3. Quality-Related Issues
If the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage:
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos for verification.
After verification, we will provide appropriate solutions, which may include replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
4. Return Address
Our warehouse locations vary by country and state.
Do not send returns without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Refund timing after processing depends on your financial institution:
- Credit cards: typically 7–15 business days
- PayPal: typically 1–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Return Shipping Risks
Customers are responsible for:

- Retaining proof of shipment and tracking number
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if not properly secured.
